Job Description

We require a Registered Architect, with a minimum of three-year’s post-graduate experience, to join our growing team.

Job Requirements

We seek an ambitious Registered Architect to join our team, who wishes to take on a leading role through all stages of work, primarily in the hotel, office and residential sectors, and on projects of varying scale and complexity, both new-build and reconfiguration.

Experience of working on commercial projects of medium- to large-scale, including on-site operations, is essential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Excellent proficiency in communicating with clients, design teams, contractors and statutory bodies;
• On-site job-running, project management and contract administration experience;
• A flair for innovative technical and design solutions; and
• A thorough working knowledge of Building Regulations and the BCAR/BCMS systems.

Experience of Revit is preferred, as all our projects are developed through Revit, with many following BIM protocols. We are particularly interested in meeting individuals with a strong appetite to learn and to continue to develop professionally.
