The firm has focused on housing, from multi-unit to one-offs, but maintains a selective range of projects including the hospitality and healthcare sectors. We also undertake a selection of Not-for-Profit projects in support of local community initiatives as a key element of our Corporate Social Responsibility.
It is a great mix.
The company is hoping to source new team member(s) to continue to support the growth and design direction of the firm. There is a clear pathway available to support the candidate’s route towards Registration, if required.
You will be mainly responsible for developing medium-scale projects from concept design stages through to completion.
We promote a strong work/life balance with flexible working to facilitate family and travel requirements.
Salary Negotiable, subject to experience and/or if already Registered.
Job Requirements
It would be great if you had a pragmatic as well as a design focused approach to your work. Good interpersonal skills and common sense will be useful in the role.
Ideally you will have 5+ years post-qualification experience, preferably in Ireland, delivering medium scale projects from conception to completion. A proven track record of relevant site supervision experience would be an advantage.
Excellent Revit skills with good working knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office applications will be required.
