This infill development on a sensitive site located in Dalkey Village was very carefully handled in terms of site planning, integration with the historical castle on the street, and the use of levels to create an overall environment of excellent quality.
The use of materials such as painted plaster, brickwork, bay-windows, stone cobbles and tarmac, created a palette of colours and textures that contrasted well against the foliage and planting used for soft landscaping.
